Our Team

Ed Springman | Manager

C. Edward Springman is a 100% shareholder of CES Properties, Inc. Springman has been involved in the real estate industry since 1969 and formed Sherron Associates, Inc. to manage all real estate holdings and investments.
In 1997, CES Properties, Inc. was formed to hold the real estate investments Sherron Associates, Inc. was managing. Sherron Associates, Inc. was officially incorporated in 1975. Through its management team and affiliates, it organized and managed over 160 real estate investments raising over $107M to acquire properties valued in excess of $286M. The firm concentrated on multifamily residential properties and acquired office buildings, shopping centers, storage and warehouse facilities, raw land, and motels. These properties were located in Washington, Texas, Colorado, Missouri, Oregon, New Mexico, and California.
Springman continues to manage real estate investments through CES Properties, Inc. and has been a participant in Owner/President Management Program at Harvard Business School, served on the Board of Directors of Quality Food Centers (QFC), Property Development Corporation, Advanced Computer Products, Inc., Overlake Hospital Foundation, and the Boys & Girls Club of King County, and Treasurer for the Performing Arts Center Eastside (PACE)

Bill Wagner | President

William C. Wagner is a Seattle native and University of Washington graduate with a double degree in Finance and Accounting. He joined a Bellevue-based CPA firm and went on to earn his CPA designation. At this firm, Mr. Wagner worked in all aspects of accounting and auditing for several clients including QFC and Sherron Associates, Inc. Mr. Wagner joined Sherron Associates, Inc. to develop and staff the accounting department. His primary roles today at CES Properties, Inc. include financial analyses of real estate acquisitions and development projects in addition to all accounting, financial, and tax functions.

Rose Johnson | Investor Services Manager

Rose is the cheerful voice you usually hear when you call with questions or concerns regarding your investments. She will keep you current on investments, update your contact information, transfer your shares, help navigate the IRA investment process, send updates, and so much more.

Rose has enjoyed working with Sherron Associates and CES Properties since 2013.  Her primary role was as an accountant working with our investment portfolio.  For several years she has served as accountant for multiple properties owned by CES Properties.  Now that most of the properties have been sold, she has transitioned into working directly with our investors.  Rose will be sending memos, offerings, collecting investment funds, answering questions and responding to all of your needs as an investor.  She is very excited to be here and will be happy to make your acquaintance.
